Entry is strictly prohibited for minors, even accompanied by an adult or a member of your family.

We do not accept ID over the phone. Only NATIONAL IDENTITY CARDS / PASSPORTS / ORIGINAL DRIVING LICENSES are accepted. No photocopies or student cards will be accepted by our teams.

Think about the environment! You just have to present your ticket on your mobile with maximum brightness and we will scan it at the entrance.

By application of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, show tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. Presales are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Management reserves the right of entry. If you do not pass the control at the gate, you will be reimbursed within 72 hours by bank transfer.
